I have decided that as soon as my legs are no longer sore that I will be working out as much as possible and get the weight off. For my frame size and height, my ideal weight is 125 and right now I am about 35 lbs heavier than that. I don't want to be a supermodel, I just don't feel happy where I am at either. This is the heaviest I have ever been (excluding pregnancy of course), I really want to be a lot healthier and maybe help my asthma symptoms too.
The ticker at the bottom of the screen is really more for me than anyone else, as soon as I can start moving it then it will show my progress and make me feel a little better about myself. I won't say that I am fat but I definatley could stand to lose. My goals are to work out for a half of an hour everyday except Sundays and watch every thing I eat and not eat after 7:00 PM.
Hopefully I can have the drive to achieve these goal and to stick with them until I can get the wieght off. Unfortunatley, the only person able to help me stick with it, is me. Here's to sticking with my goals.
