Only One Month Left

We have been dealing with Matt being in school for almost 3 1/2 years now.  He is down to only 1 month left now, Yay.  Matt started school about the same time we found out that we were expecting, Austin, our youngest.  My whole pregnancy and through now, Austin is about 2 1/2, Matt has been in school.  It has not been very easy, I have been practically a single Mom for most of the time.

I really relish in the thought of him being home and not working on homework all the time.  It will be nice when I can spend the time at night with him instead of with his computer or textbooks.  It is about time for a brake from school.  He has been going to school with only a week off here or two weeks there, Matt is getting really burned out with school and can't wait for it to be over.

Isn't he handsome, at least I think so

Matt intends to go for his masters degree eventually.  He wants to find a regular job before he attempts it.  I would really like for him to wait until Austin is in kindergarten before he goes back to school.  I want just a few years to get used to things without school.

Honestly I think the easiest way to get through a spouse being in school is:
1. Simplify everything from meals to chores and the number of activities you take on.
2. Make up a schedule and stick to it, and write everything on the calendar.
3. Learn to say no, if someone wants you to do something and it is going to make you feel overwhelmed, just say no.
These are just a few of things that have helped me get through the last 3 1/2 years.
